Peter Cuderman
Peter Cuderman is the Founder and Managing Partner at Fidelis Fund.
Peter brings a differentiated background spanning public leadership, legal training, and operational strategy.
Most recently, he served as Director of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs for Governor Ron DeSantis, where he led complex negotiations across state agencies, industry stakeholders, and the legislature —experience that directly informs his approach to governance, incentives, and long-term value creation.
Prior to his public-sector work, Peter served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. Peter holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA, and is currently a Master in Public Administration Candidate at Harvard.
Through Fidelis Fund, he seeks to partner with founders approaching retirement who care deeply about preserving culture, employees, and legacy—while building long-term value through disciplined execution.
